My background is in physical and theoretical chemistry, where my research focuses on the structure and dispersion forces within soft condensed matter, mechanisms of hydrophobic and Hofmeister effects, the development of new drug delivery vehicles from natural polysaccharides, and using synchrotron radiation to analyse complex macromolecules.
